All price categories are based on above grade homes (or the RMS value). Additional levels below grade (even partially) are an additional flat rate to be included. Cost breakdown and example images are below.
<2300 sq. ft. (above grade size) = $25 to add BASEMENT
2300 - 3500 sq. ft. (above grade size) = $30 to add BASEMENT
3500 - 4500 sq. ft. (above grade size) = $35 to add BASEMENT
Basements can be added by selecting the +BASEMENT option at the first step in online booking.

WHAT IS A 3D TOUR?
We use the latest technology available to provide an interactive virtual experience and guided walkthrough of a property that can be viewed online. The best way to understand it is to check it out!
The camera and software we use is called Matterport. The advantage to the Matterport technology is that it creates an actual 3D model of the space that can be explored and interacted with to give a virtual reality experience.
For those familiar with iGuide, Matterport is a step above iGuide in technology that gives a seamless “walking” transition between rooms, offering 2 - 4 perspectives per room instead of only one position.
At 3DR Tours, we also provide RMS compliant floor plans that are checked over and adjusted accordingly to meet RMS regulations.*
*note: be cautious of other companies who use Matterport for floor plans, because they are not RMS compliant. Our team specifically ensures each one is adjusted to meet RMS.
CAN I DOWNLOAD THE 3D TOUR?
The 3D virtual space cannot be converted into a downloadable file, since it requires a proprietary software that must be hosted online in order to provide the interactive experience. However, a video file of the guided walkthrough (MP4) can be provided upon request.
